We may collect your name, WhatsApp number, business requirements, Vexa chatbot transcripts, the originating page, the time of submission, and technical information such as the user agent.

2. Purposes of use

Data is used to understand requirements, follow up on consultations, prepare offers, improve services, and maintain the security of communications.

3. Storage of sensitive data

Sensitive data from forms and the chatbot is stored in Firebase Firestore. Personal details are not sent via WhatsApp URLs.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is used only by the relevant team for follow-up, administration, security, and the fulfilment of relevant obligations.

5. Security

We apply access restrictions through Firebase rules and reasonable operational practices. No digital system is entirely free of risk, but we safeguard data in accordance with the principle of prudence.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via Velionexa's official WhatsApp or by email at info@velionexa.com. We will process requests to the extent we are able to verify them and in accordance with applicable provisions.
